Complaints and returns

1. REQUEST A RETURN

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the package to submit a return request.

Report your desire to return by e-mail biuro@kulkabransoletki.pl or in your customer panel.

2. FILL IN THE FORM

Download the return form and fill it out.

In the event of a complaint, please report the problem by e-mail, attaching photos to biuro@kulkabransoletki.pl.

There you will receive help and a complaint form.

3. PACK THE RETURNED/COMPLAINED GOODS

Pack the product carefully. Make sure it doesn't get tangled or damaged in transit.

Fill out the form and, together with the proof of purchase and the returned goods, put it in the box and seal it well.

4. SEND THE SHIPMENT

Send the package within 14 days to the following address: KULKA Traugutta 5 90-106 Łódź (BUTIK) or KULKA Juliana Tuwima 26, 90-001 Łódź (OFFICE and WORKSHOP)

5. WAIT FOR RETURN

You will receive your money back within 14 days of receiving your package.

The refund is made in the form that was used when making purchases.

Przelewy24, Paypal or in case of download to the account indicated in the form.

6. NO RETURN IS AVAILABLE

Returns are not possible for orders made to special order or at the customer's request.

7. STATIONARY STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

8. RETURNS ON ORDERS INCLUDING A GIFT

In the case of returning goods from an order to which a gift with a value of Y was attached, the Customer is obliged to return the received gift as well.

In the case of returning part of the goods, if the purchase amount falls below the X price, the Customer is also obliged to return the received gift.

In the event of refusal to return the gift, the Store will refund the Customer the amount reduced by the value of the gift.

In the online store, we only carry out exchanges in the following cases.

Changing the length of the chain/armour/necklace of stones/necklace of pearls

Resizing a ring/bracelet

Otherwise, please return and order a new product.

2. PACK THE PRODUCT

Pack the product carefully. Make sure it doesn't get tangled or damaged in transit.

Remember that our bracelets are slightly loose, not tight, if you want them to adhere to wrist please let us know.)

3. SEND THE SHIPMENT

4. PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT

It will be necessary to pay for the return shipment (PLN 14 parcel locker, PLN 16 courier, PLN 22 cash on delivery package)

and any additional payment agreed with the studio.
