Repairs
1. REQUEST A REPAIR
Report your willingness to repair by e-mail to biuro@kulkabransoletki.pl or bring products requiring repair to our Boutique located in Łódź at 5 Traugutta Street.
The boutique is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
We do not untangle chains.
We pack our necklaces in boxes that should be used for proper storage of our products.
2. PACK THE PRODUCT REQUIRING REPAIR
Pack the product(s) requiring repair carefully. Make sure it doesn't get tangled or damaged in transit.
The package must contain:
product(s) that require repair (all collected balls, necklace, pendants, etc.)
a note with information on what needs repair and what circumference of the wrist/neck/finger to repair the product
Phone number!
address for the return shipment (in the case of parcel locker shipping, an e-mail address is required)
3. SEND THE SHIPMENT
Send the package to: KULKA Juliana Tuwima 26, 90-001 Łódź or leave it in our Boutique at Traugutta 5 in Łódź.
4. REPAIR FEE
Once we receive your package, we will assess how much you need to pay and let you know by phone.

9. Replacement of worn toggle steel fasteners - PLN 35
10. Replacement of worn federing steel fasteners - PLN 30
11. Replenishment of stones/pearls in a bracelet/necklace/ring - the price is determined individually depending on the type of stones and the quantity
12. Replacement of lost stones/pearls for earrings - the price is set individually depending on the type of stones and quantity
13. Repair of a rosary/necklace on a string - from PLN 100
* The price applies to the threading service if the customer has all the stones
5. PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT
It will be necessary to pay for the return shipment (PLN 14 parcel locker, PLN 16 courier, PLN 22 COD package)
and any additional payment agreed with the studio.
6. WAIT FOR A RETURN OR SMS
We have 14 business days to complete the repair plus 1-2 days for delivery.
If you left a repair in our workshop in Łódź, expect an SMS message informing you that the order is ready for collection.
